What you’ll do:

  • Manage all aspects of medical receptionist duties
  • Liaise with patients, consultants, and other clinic users, providing exceptional customer support.
  • Handle telephone and email inquiries from patients, hospitals, and other healthcare practices.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and insurance correspondence where required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a medical environment, or knowledge of healthcare, would be a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude and exceptional administrative and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Attention to detail.
