Not every Senior Designer role is the same.

This opportunity sits within an established global design and build business delivering projects across both workplace and life sciences environments.

They're looking for a designer who is equally comfortable developing concepts, presenting ideas to clients and leading projects through to delivery.

You'll be working on a variety of projects ranging from workplace refurbishments and restacks through to more technically demanding life sciences schemes, collaborating closely with clients, consultants and delivery teams throughout.

What you'll be doing:
  • Leading projects from concept design through to construction documentation
  • Presenting and pitching ideas to clients
  • Producing and overseeing design packages in Revit
  • Coordinating with MEP, lighting, AV and specialist consultants
  • Mentoring and supporting junior designers
  • Working closely with wider design, construction and business development teams
What they're looking for:
  • 5+ years' experience within workplace interiors
  • Design & Build experience preferred
  • Strong Revit capability
  • Confident client-facing and presentation skills
  • Experience leading projects and coordinating consultants
  • Interest in workplace and life sciences environments
