We’re looking for an experienced and driven Financial Controller to join our clients growing organisation, partnering closely with the CFO and leadership team to deliver high-quality financial insight and control across the group.
In this key role, you’ll take ownership of the month-end close, financial control framework, and management reporting, ensuring accuracy, integrity and timeliness across all finance operations. You’ll also play a vital role in supporting strategic decision-making through robust analysis, forecasts and performance insights.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the month-end process and producing management accounts and reporting packs
- Overseeing cashflow forecasting, working capital and banking activities
- Managing audit, tax, and compliance obligations across multiple entities
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver insightful financial analysis and FP&A support
- Driving continuous improvement in systems, controls and processes
