Location: Bromley and surrounding areas
Pay: £35 per hour PAYE + Paid Planning & Preparation Time
Hours: Part-Time / Full-Time | Flexible | Monday–Friday

New Chapter Tuition is recruiting Qualified Teachers (QTS) to deliver 1:1 tuition for children and young people aged 5–25 across Bromley.

This role is ideal for Primary Teachers, Secondary Teachers and Further Education (FE) Teachers looking for flexible education opportunities outside of the traditional classroom whilst continuing to make a meaningful impact.

Support is delivered through personalised tuition packages with a focus on engagement, wellbeing, safeguarding and academic progression.

Learners May Present With:

• SEND / SEN
• Autism (ASC)
• ADHD
• SEMH
• Speech and Language Needs
• Anxiety and EBSA
• EHCP-linked needs
• Alternative Provision and EOTAS pathways

Tuition Delivery:

• Homes
• Libraries
• Community settings

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 tuition sessions
• Support Primary, KS3, KS4, GCSE and Functional Skills learning
• Adapt teaching to individual learner needs
• Plan engaging and personalised sessions
• Complete progress reporting
• Work alongside families and professionals

Requirements:

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
✔ Experience within Primary, Secondary or FE education
✔ Strong curriculum knowledge
✔ GCSE and/or Functional Skills experience desirable
✔ SEND experience advantageous
✔ Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred)
✔ Right to work in the UK
