About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of a well-established and respected manufacturing business based in Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a fast-paced production environment, where quality and efficiency are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble components according to specifications
- Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work within a fast paced enviroment
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
