Tradewind Recruitment are working with a welcoming Primary School in the Hyde area who are looking to appoint a committed KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Teaching Assistant who enjoys supporting children within Key Stage 1 and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

The Role:

• Full-time KS1 Teaching Assistant position
• Supporting the class teacher across the KS1 curriculum
• Working with small groups and providing 1:1 support where required
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Long-term role with the opportunity to become a permanent position for the right candidate

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a Level 1 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Has previous experience working within a school setting
• Is enthusiastic, proactive, and reliable
• Has excellent communication and behaviour management skills
• Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
