A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established contractor carrying out EICR testing across social housing properties in Manchester. This is a permanent position offering a company van, fuel card and long-term career stability.
The successful Electrician will be responsible for completing electrical inspections, testing and reporting within occupied and void domestic properties, ensuring all installations remain compliant and safe.

- £40,000 annual salary

- Carry out EICR testing within social housing properties
- Complete detailed inspection and testing reports in line with current regulations
- Identify electrical faults and recommend remedial works where required
- Ensure all certification and documentation is completed accurately
- Work safely within occupied and void domestic properties
- Maintain compliance with health and safety procedures at all times
- Liaise professionally with tenants and site teams
- Manage workloads effectively across multiple properties
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition qualification
- 2391 Testing and Inspection qualification
- Previous experience carrying out domestic EICRs
- Social housing experience
- Strong understanding of current electrical regulations
- Full UK driving licence
