Contact warm customer data to verify contract end dates and business information

Build positive relationships with customers through professional and engaging conversations

Develop knowledge of our full suite of telecoms products and solutions

Clearly explain the features and benefits of our products in a simple and customer-focused way

Work closely with key partners across the major mobile and telecom networks

Support the wider sales team by identifying qualified opportunities

Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customers are fully satisfied

Identify opportunities for additional orders, referrals, and future business

Maintain accurate customer records and notes within internal systems

Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development sessions
